These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Easy HVAC website and referral service. By using our site or calling us, you agree to these Terms.
Easy HVAC is a free referral service that connects homeowners with independent, licensed, insured local HVAC professionals. We are not an HVAC contractor and do not perform HVAC repairs, installations, or other services ourselves. The professionals in our network are independent third parties, not our employees or agents.
While we refer homeowners only to professionals we believe to be licensed and insured, we do not perform, supervise, or guarantee the work of any professional. Any agreement for services is directly between you and the professional. We are not responsible or liable for the work performed, its quality, pricing, timeliness, or any damages arising from it.
We encourage you to confirm a professional’s license, insurance, and pricing directly before authorizing work. You are responsible for your agreement with any professional you engage.
You agree to use this website lawfully and not to disrupt it, attempt unauthorized access, or misuse its content. Content on this site is provided for general information only and is not professional advice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Easy HVAC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or the referral service, or from services provided by any professional.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
